Colart Miles
Co-Founder
Colart has worked in a variety of roles including directorships, advisory services to government and industry, and is currently involved with New Zealand’s start-up ecosystem. He has a track record of helping organisations adopt Agile practices at scale and develop high performing work cultures.
Colart is passionate about supporting our broader community to become more resiliant and adaptive in the face of unstoppable change. His aim is for Agile on the Beach New Zealand to strengthen our regional communities and create a safe space where we can explore the promise of an agile way of being.
David Morris
Co-Founder
David leads digital delivery and transformation programs with his team of agile coaches and practitioners. He has been agile since the mid-1990s (before it was even called agile), and worked with a wide range of companies, both in the UK and here in NZ.
Inspired by the philosophy of Agile on the Beach UK and its purpose of bringing Agile to the heart of the regions, David cultivated the vision of bringing Agile o the Beach to New zealand for a few years, before teaming up with Colart. Together, and with he support of the crew, they brought Agile on the Beach to life in 2018.
David is passionate about keeping people at the centre of change, and has written several books on agile topics, including Scrum, agile project management, and agile transformation.
Anneke Sezier

Anneke is a Lean Change Facilitator and a Project Manager with the Ko Awatea Innovations and Transformation Group at Counties Manukau DHB. With a background in health research at AUT, and a career in neurological physiotherapy before that, person-centered service improvement has been central to her success.
Anneke carries out many roles, including ensuring that the swag in your bag is valuable, eco-friendly and quite frankly awesome!.

Wayne is a coach, mentor and leader based in Auckland. He says his agile journey “changed [his] life” igniting a passion for people, culture and authentic leadership.
Wayne enjoys working with teams to bring them together in a way which generates high performance, high efficiency and high energy. He’s basically aiming to change the world with the power of agile!
