The World Economic Forum predicts that nearly 40% of today’s skills will evolve or become obsolete within five years — a daunting thought for many. But what if we could harness this change through a more agile and T-shaped skills approach to workforce planning?
Workplaces are shifting from jobs to skills, from hierarchies to networks, and from rigid roles to fluid, experience-rich careers. In this practical workshop, we’ll apply the Build, Buy, Borrow & Bot (4Bs) framework to your organization’s goals, exploring how to design flexible, skills-based solutions.
To effectively Build, Buy, Borrow or Bot, organizations need a clear, shared understanding of what skills really mean — across talent, learning, career development, and workforce planning. Too often, companies get lost in complex skill taxonomies. Instead, we’ll use the T-shape framework to bring skills to life in people’s everyday work. From there, you’ll learn how to map critical skills across roles and teams — and make confident decisions about when to build, buy, borrow or bot.
From 9am to 12.30pm (including breaks).
