About Biunca
Biunca is a hands-on as a Business Agility Coach supporting business leaders to create culture first transformations.
Training as an instructor and youth leader from the age of 16 (through the New Zealand Cadet Forces) Biunca has a unique perspective on what engages, inspires and helps people grow. In the corporate world she has an eclectic portfolio of work which includes sales, relationship management, reward and recognition programs, change management, learning programs, organisation design, and agile transformations in organisations like Westpac, Woolworths, Kiwibank, and Vector.
Biunca’s background has enabled her to value both the individual and system view and has a passion for bringing these together to create amazing places to work.
