Agile on the Beach NZ, 2026
Friday Masterclasses
Before the main conference, we offer six half-day masterclasses led by practitioners working at the edges of practice — from culture design and AI leadership to OKRs and intent-based leadership. Masterclasses are standalone — conference participants receive a $100 discount.
Saturday Tracks
The conference programme for Saturday is our most intentionally designed yet — unfolding across three parallel tracks, each exploring a different dimension of agility in a complex world and offering a coherent journey whether you dive deep into one track or navigate across all three:
Track A. Belong. Thrive. ENERGISE
Real agility starts with the energy of grounded people. This track explores shadow work, psychological safety, team energy, culture design, and relational leadership — foundations of resilient organisations.
Track B. Learn. Grow. EVOLVE
Our craft is changing, fast. This track tackles the impact of AI, the skills we need for the decade ahead, and the mindset shifts required to adapt. Walk away with practical tools and strategic insight.
Track C. Discover. Shift. EFFECT
Agility isn’t just about delivery teams — it’s the whole system. This track shows you how to reveal invisible blockers, improve flow, and create measurable impact that lasts.
Each track follows the same rhythm: from sessions that help ground us in what’s real, then expand our understanding, explore options, and finally practical tools to take action. Whether you commit to one track for the full day or move between tracks as your curiosity leads you, you’ll always be at a similar stage of the journey.
Sunday Unconference
After a full day of guided learning, Sunday is yours. Starting with a provocative kōrero (group chat) about what you’ve learned and what you want to explore next; we’ll shift into a community-led unconference — a collaborative open space where participants shape the conversations that matter most — inviting open exploration, fresh perspectives, and collective sense-making about the future of agile practice and the future of our community.
Our Speakers
The speakers for 2026 reflect a commitment to grounded, human-centred agility — practitioners who’ve spent years diagnosing challenges, reshaping culture, evolving craft, and experimenting to create effective change. They’re sharing real stories, real scars, and real insight, helping us all to think deeply, act courageously, and create change that sticks.
