Saturday Evening Social Dinner – Buffet at Hilton Lake Taupō
Make a night of it. While the conference winds down for the day, have your partners and guests join you and fellow attendees for a relaxed dinner overlooking the lake. Designed for conversation and connection, this year’s format keeps things informal and social — easy to move, mingle, and enjoy at your own pace.

Expect a mix of seasonal favourites, with options including:
- Indian-spiced chicken thigh with rice pilaf (GF)
- Tender roasted lamb with pecan and goat’s cheese (GF)
- Katsu curry don with crispy chicken cutlet=
- Beef sliders with cheddar and fries
- Pumpkin and mascarpone risotto (V, GF)
- Wild mushroom and gnocchi ragout (V)

A selection of tasty New Zealand cheeses served with fruit paste, crackers and accompaniments.
Petit Fours
Handcrafted mini desserts from the Hilton pastry team — tarts, meringues, macaroons and sweet treats to finish the evening.
This format creates a relaxed, social atmosphere — more grazing and gathering than formal dining — making it ideal for partners meeting the Agile on the Beach community for the first time.
