with Jennifer Zuber.

This advanced session is for transformation leaders, Agile coaches, and change professionals who want to architect change that spreads itself. You’ll combine:
- Neuroscience of social learning and identity.
- Portfolio-level levers for scaling cultural adoption.
- Practical tools for “cultural design” within agile ecosystems.
From 9:00 to 12:30 (including breaks).
Structure
Module 1 – The Science of Virality (45 min)
- The brain’s social networks: mirror neurons, dopamine loops, and group identity.
- Why change messaging fails: cognitive load + identity threat.
- Discussion: “What if your backlog is actually a belief system?”
Module 2 – Mapping Subcultures & Cultural Signals (60 min)
- Identify dominant and fringe subcultures within an organisation.
- Activity: map your team ecosystem (tribes, rituals, heroes, language).
- Explore “cultural gravity wells” — the influencers and artefacts that pull behaviour.
Module 3 – Designing Change that Spreads (60 min)
- Use your Culture Hack Canvas to build a viral change prototype.
- Layer in governance and portfolio practices that reinforce autonomy + safety.
- Share prototypes and crowd-source amplification tactics.
Wrap-up (15 min)
- Collective reflection: How will you engineer belonging tomorrow?
Participants receive a digital toolkit:
- Culture Hack Canvas
- Subculture Map Template
- Neuro-Trigger Checklist (safety, belonging, reward cues)
- 90-Day Experiment Plan
Learning outcomes
- Attendees leave able to diagnose culture as a living system, design interventions that resonate at identity level, and apply neuroscience principles to make transformation self-propelling.
From 9am to 12.30pm (including breaks).
