Aurelien Beraud is an Engineering Chapter Lead who unites deep technical insight with a passion for human behavior and authentic leadership. Beginning his career as a software developer obsessed with delivering true user value, he transitioned through Agile Coaching before returning to his roots in technology to focus on scaling leadership and engineering excellence.
Driven by an unquenchable curiosity and a belief in scientific inquiry over opinion, Aurelien continuously delves into cognitive science to understand the “weird behaviors” that drive human and organizational dynamics. His current focus is on the essential inner work—like Shadow Work—that enables leaders to evolve their influence, build resilient teams, and create powerful effects in the technology space. He is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations find their optimal ways of working, starting with the person in the mirror.
