About Jenn
Jennifer Zuber is the founder and managing director of Axiology Group Pty Ltd, a specialist change consultancy where she has over 25 years experience in delivering large-scale change programs. Most recently, Jenn has been working with a major bank on an Enterprise Agile Operating Model implementation.
Jenn is a highly regarded facilitator in organizational change, change portfolio management, project practices, neuroscience of change, and psychological safety. She is a master S.A.F.E.T.Y.TM practitioner with the Academy of Brain-based Leadership and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
She is a commissioned author including the Change Management Institute’s Change Portfolio Management Foundation and Advanced certification programs, as well as an upcoming book where Jenn’s writing includes chapters on Agile Change, Human-Centred Design and Continuous Planning. She is also a casual academic at Sydney University focussing on the areas of organisational change and transformation for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
