Thank you for being part of Agile on the Beach NZ 2026. As a speaker, you’re helping us create a space where our agile community can connect, learn, and grow together. This toolkit will help you share your involvement with your networks and amplify the collective energy of our conference.

Agile on the Beach NZ is for practitioners, by practitioners, for benefit — a volunteer-run, not-for-profit event focused on building our nationwide agile community. We’re all about creating meaningful connections, sharing knowledge openly, and supporting each other’s growth.

Your voice matters. When you share about your session, you’re not just promoting a talk — you’re inviting others to join our whānau and be part of something special.

Please note: Always specify you are a speaker at Agile on the Beach New Zealand. There is an ‘Agile on the Beach UK’, so we don’t want to be confused with our big brother.

Our 2026 Themes: Energise, Evolve, Effect

Our conference centres around three interconnected themes:

• Energise – Spark fresh thinking and reignite a passion for agility
• Evolve – Embrace change and explore how agile practices continue to grow across industries, teams, and technologies
• Effect – Turn ideas into action and make a lasting impact in your organisation, community, and the wider agile world

When sharing about your session, consider connecting your topic to one or more of these themes to help your audience understand how your session fits into the broader conference experience.
