Vector has recently invested millions of dollars in the promise of AI. I was fortunate enough to have led Vector’s new AI Hit squad in partnership with Slalom consulting and Snowflake.
We adapted the latest Product Management thinking in to our Ways or Working, and I will provide insight in to what worked and what needed refining.
At the end of the successful 6 month initiative, I was then tasked with re-launching the entire Data & Analytics Tribe using the same philosophy and approach. The Tribe now has 5 dedicated ‘Product’ squads and a new paradigm with the business stakeholders.
It is still early days but the signs are all promising and the teams are delivering a lot of value at pace.
