The presentation will introduce the Process Communication Model (PCM), known as the ‘algorithm for people.’ This revolutionary framework provides us with a structured approach to navigate interpersonal dynamics. The session unveils a practical 5-step process designed by Alex to help us understand how to talk to people who have different communication, work and learning preferences than we do. I say it’s about time we stop wasting approx. 17 hours per week for conflicts and misunderstandings.
