Russell Andrews is a senior digital transformation and agile consultant with over 30 years of experience leading complex change across New Zealand’s public and private sectors. A seasoned transformation leader and certified SAFe G-SPCT, he partners with executive teams, programme offices, and delivery organisations to align strategy with execution, improve flow, and build adaptive, high-performing cultures.
Russell is also New Zealand and Australia’s only certified provider of AI-Native training, helping leaders and practitioners embed AI into their ways of working through Lean Portfolio Management and enterprise-level agility. Known for combining deep consulting expertise with a passion for innovation and practical impact, he brings a rich perspective to the future of work.
Russell lives in Wellington with his two teenage kids and a cat.
