About Aki
Aki Singh is a curious mind disguised as a product leader.
With nearly two decades of experience across industries and continents, she has led discovery, strategy, and delivery for large digital transformations — most recently within AA’s Mobility and Digital Channels team.
Aki created Discover 360, a practical framework that makes the discovery process structured, inclusive, and impactful.
She believes the best products start with curiosity, collaboration, and the courage to slow down and think differently – because great discovery is where real innovation begins!
