Code of Conduct

Creating a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment

Agile on the Beach NZ values integrity, safety, and diversity. We do not tolerate harassing or disrespectful behaviours, interactions, messages, or images, by any participant in an Agile on the Beach NZ activity, in any form. This includes business and social activities, regardless of location.

We encourage everyone to help create a welcoming and safe environment. If you are being harassed, notice someone else being harassed, or have any related concerns, please speak to one of our crew (wearing the distinctive crew t-shirts), one of the directors (David Morris, Colart Miles or Wayne Kingi), or venue staff. If you feel unsafe or in danger, please call 111.

Agile on the Beach NZ reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove, any person from an activity at any time at its sole discretion.

Note: This code of conduct has been adopted from the Agile Alliance, with whom we are partnered. Please check out the full Agile Alliance code of conduct for more information.
