Agile Wellbeing

This workshop is for you, if:

  • you genuinely care about your wellbeing + the wellbeing of others

  • you work in a leadership or advisory role (see role types below)

  • you work in an agile team/organisation (or are interested to move into this space)

  • you are ready, willing + able to work on your own wellbeing (this personal commitment is key)

We'll be focussing on solving these types of problems:

  • agile burnout

  • sprint fatigue

  • work/life imbalance

  • overwhelm + exhaustion

You'll get to experience:

  • a half-day, in-person workshop, designed to help you grasp the concept of agile wellbeing at work

  • an integration of theories, including agile ways of working + HCD wellbeing (human-centered design)

  • a range of experiential learning methods, combining mental, physical + emotional wellbeing practices

  • group discussion circles, to digest + explore ideas for agile wellbeing strategies

 

 

About Cheryl

Cheryl cares deeply about people, wellbeing + creating workplaces for growth.

Throughout her journey, she has collected 18 years in people and communications, 11 years in IT and agile, 7 years as a professional coach, and 4 years as an adult educator.

Cheryl enjoys integrating agile, workflow by design, human-centred culture development and community scaling.

She helps leaders to enable and mobilise their teams (through agile and wellbeing practices), develop a wellbeing backlog and roadmap (to run real-time, cultural experiments), enhance their own professional wellbeing practices (to lead with vitality), and activate strategic scaling for wellbeing (taking things to the next level).
