We are in the age of acceleration. Almost every graph looks like a hockey stick: the pace of change, the rise of exponential technologies, the Earth’s surface temperature, the number of people experiencing burnout and depression. Just to name a few. To say that the human species has never been here before is the understatement of the millennium.
As Agilists, we have key super skills, significant influence in business, and a worldwide community that rocks. The question that’s on replay in Lyssa’s mind is ‘What if we were made for this time?’
As Einstein famously said, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” In an effort to increase her level of consciousness to be more of a match for this “species moment,” Lyssa is developing herself in a year-long program called Regenerative Leadership. In this keynote, she will share her learnings and insights. It will be real, raw and hot-off-the-press. She intends that the keynote will create the conditions for us to be in deep conversation about our shared future on the planet and what Agilists might have to do with that.
