Lee has worked extensively with agile methods for the majority of his career and is an experienced agile leader, coach, facilitator and trainer. He has led and worked in some of Australia and New Zealand’s leading agile practices. During his career Lee has been fortunate to work with many high profile clients such as Ford Motor Company, Origin Energy, Telstra, Suncorp, British Gas, Westpac, Computer Associates, ASB, Vodafone, Fraedom and IAG.

Flightcentre was hugely impacted during covid and laid off over 80% of its staff. We were tasked with designing and delivering an ambitious $20million dollar program in 12 months. This was to redefine how the company worked and changing the way it operated. We hired over 80 people, trained them and launched our agile release plane. There are many stories to tell along the way, but the program was delivered on time and under budget. A team of scrum masters were key to the reforming of flightcentre and we would like to share our pretty cool story.
